Single Chip Phosphor-Free White Light-Emitting Diodes Driven by Variable Current

Abstract

Single chip phosphor-free LED has been applied to achieve white light through variable drive current using the persistence of vision effect. The CRI have been increased from 49 (constant current) to 58 (variable current).
