Fast Flexible FLIM for Monitoring Dynamic Process in Living Cells

Abstract

We have developed a dynamic fluorescence lifetime imaging system that is based on a pair of acousto-optic deflectors to measure the lifetime of fluorescent dye in live cancer cells for monitoring the apoptosis process.
