Ultra-strongly sub-Poissonian photon generation in three coupled microcavities containing a quantum dot

Abstract

Photon statistics of three coupled microcavities with a quantum dot in the central cavity is studied. Ultra-strongly sub-Poissonian character can be achieved by optimizing ratio between driving strengths of two cavities on the sides.
