A Compressed Optical Vector Network Analyzer Based On Two Tunable Coherent Optical Frequency Combs

Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate an optical vector network analyzer by using two tunable coherent optical frequency combs. The compression ratio as high as nearly 1000 times and tunable measured bandwidth is achieved.
