Study on Extinction Ratio of 4-RZ-ASK Signal Generated by Optical Parametric Amplification

Abstract

Extinction ratio of 4-RZ-ASK signal generated by optical parametric amplification is studied. It is demonstrated that the extinction ratio of input signal and pump power have significant effects on the extinction ratio of output signal.
