In Situ Detection of Chemical Drugs in Tissue by Two Step Laser Desorption Photoionization Mass Spectroscopy

Abstract

Two-step laser desorption photoionization mass spectrometry (L2MS) method with 10.5 eV vacuum ultraviolet (VUV 118 nm) single photon ionization is firstly used to detect medicinal chemicals in situ in the tumor tissue.
