Fabrication of PbS-PEG Hybrid Nanocomposite Infrared Detectors

Abstract

Novel infrared photodetectors based on PbS-PEG hybrid nanocomposite has been successfully fabricated. The fabricated device indicates high photosensitivity and responsivity rather than bare PbS detectors by a factor of ~ 46 and ~26 respectively.
