Novel Nanostructures for Solar Energy Harvesting

Abstract

Three novel nanostructures for solar energy harvesting are proposed: a nanocoax a-Si solar cell, a metamaterial-plasmonic absorber structure for an ultra-thin solar cell and a three-level engineered conductive black silicon surface.
