Dynamic Range Expansion using Phase Diversity Detection in Phase-Noise Cancelled OFDR

Abstract

Dynamic range expansion using phase diversity detection is proposed to improve our proposed phase-noise cancelled OFDR method. Extended dynamic range and complete phase-noise cancellation is demonstrated by the 25km fiber measurement with high spatial resolution.
