Abstract

In this paper, we experimentally observed a 35nm type-I QPM SFG bandwidth in MgO:PPLN, and energy competition between SFG and SHG has been demonstrated firstly. Based on simultaneous cSFG/DFG and cSHG/DFG, a novel multi-broadcast wavelength conversion scheme is proposed, which has the advantage of broadcasting one signal to multiple idlers.
