Abstract

Herein a two-step Tikhonov regularization-based reconstruction algorithm in fluorescence molecular tomography (FMT) was proposed. The suboptimal and optimal parameter was obtained in two steps alternately. Experimental results suggested that such technique outperform the traditional L-curve criterion that estimating the optimal parameter when applying into the FMT reconstruction.
