A Modified CMA for Blind Equalization and Phase Recovery in Optical Coherent Receivers

Abstract

In order to solve the phase rotating problem in constant modulus algorithm (CMA) for polarization division multiplexing system with optical coherent receivers, we propose a modified CMA to simultaneously accomplish joint blind equalization, polarization de-multiplexing and phase recovery.
