Abstract

An optical coherence tomography system is used to observe the dynamics of the heart beats of drosophila. Several parameters can be obtained, including the end-diastolic dimension, end-systolic dimension, fractional shortening and heart rate. Based on OCT scanning, we can track the heart rate of normal and abnormal Drosophilae.
