Schemes of Generating M-ASK Signals and Remote Local Oscillator in Millimeter-Wave Radio over Fiber System

Abstract

This paper introduces two schemes of generating millimeter-wave M-ASK signals and remote local oscillator at Base Station in RoF system, realized by series connection of two Dual Drive Mach-Zehnder modulators. The proposed schemes are verified by theoretical derivation and simulation.
