Injection locked Fabry-Perot laser diode for 10Gbps WDM access network applications

Abstract

In this paper, we report on quantum dash based injection locked Fabry-Perot laser diode, which allowed us to demonstrate a 231-1 PRBS 10Gb/s coded signal over 20km SMF error-free transmission and over a spectral bandwidth more than 20nm.
