Abstract

Wet-etching silicon nanowires were integrated into poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)/[6,6]phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester) (PCBM) bi-layer solar cells by using a transferring method, resulting in an enhancement of the power conversion efficiency from 0.47% to 0.7%.
