Abstract

We measure spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) for a 10GHz photonic time-stretch A/D-Converter (TS-ADC) system. Second-order spurs limit the SFDR to 92dB-Hz1/2 near 5GHz. Simulations that include modulator arm bias mismatch and equalization agree with experiments.
