LED on Silicon (LEDoS) Microdisplays

Abstract

High brightness and high resolution LED arrays made with GaN and III-V based epitaxy were integrated on silicon control and driver circuits. Active/passive matrix R-G-B LEDoS chips were combined to form a full-color display.
