Nonlinear amplification, and nonlinear frequency conversion between cavity eigen modes is theoretically investigated. Parametric oscillation, and gains below and above instability threshold are analyzed. Vacuum noise squeezing is evaluated and output noise-to-signal ratio is calculated.
