Direct Laser Written Nanophotonics for Embedded CIS Nanocrystal Solar Cells

Abstract

Printing of nanocrystal-based inks as a solar cell absorber layer is demonstrated to infiltrate photonic crystals structures created by two-photon direct laser writing. Absorption enhancement is shown in optical measurement and simulations.
