Toward High-efficiency thin Film Silicon Solar Cells: Interplay Between Light Trapping Structures and Film Growth

Abstract

Light management is a key issue for high-efficiency thin film silicon solar cells. In this contribution, design criteria for realizing better light trapping and high-quality film growth simultaneously is discussed.
