Nano-optomechanics with Optically Levitated Dielectric Nanoparticles

Abstract

In this talk I will provide an overview of levitated optomechanics as well as progress on realizing a hybrid optomechanical system that consists of a single nitrogen vacancy center within an optically levitated nanodiamond.
