Abstract
Perovskite/Si multijunction solar cells bear the exciting future potential. Two types of architecture are generally discussed: the stacking of perovskite top solar cell and Si bottom solar cell, called “4-terminal architecture”, and monolithic connection, called “2-terminal architecture”. To elucidate the superiority of one architecture, we perform optical loss analyses and energy yield modelling.
