Abstract

Two-photon fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (TP-FLIM) of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is a sensitive metabolic imaging modality. Here, a video rate TP-FLIM system is demonstrated for metabolic imaging in cells and tissues.
