Ptychography for strongly scattering 3D objects

Abstract

Ptychography is an increasingly popular phase retrieval imaging technique. Here we experimentally demonstrate reconstruction of a human blood cell sample sandwiched between two diffusers using an updated 3D implementation of ptychography.
