Second harmonic generation (SHG) whispering gallery modes (WGM) generated within a hexagonal GaN micro-pyramid cavity was observed using nonlinear-super-resolution microscopy. Axially varying hexagonal cross-sections of the micro-pyramid sustain SHG-WGM conditions for a range of wavelengths
