High-Speed InP DQPSK Receiver

Abstract

We realized a packaged, monolithic InP DQPSK receiver photonic integrated circuit (PIC) and demonstrated it at speeds up to 107 Gb/s. We demonstrate low polarization dependence at 86 Gb/s and preliminary 80-Gb/s PIC-to-PIC DQPSK transmission.
