Making Better Qubits out of Spectrally Noisy Solid State Quantum Emitters

Abstract

We show that it is possible, by applying appropriately timed external control fields, to overcome deleterious effects of spectral fluctuations, induced by dynamic environments, in fundamental quantum information processing operations with solid state quantum emitters.
