Room Temperature Lasing in Subwavelength Cylindrical Metallic Cavity under Pulse Electric Injection

Abstract

We report lasing in subwavelength cylindrical metallic cavity with 700nm radius at room temperature under pulse current injection. This is the first report of room temperature subwavelength cylindrical metallic cavity laser with electric injection.
