Wide Field-Of-View, Multi-Region Two-Photon Imaging of Neuronal Activity In Vivo

Abstract

We present a custom two-photon microscope that provides cellular resolution over a 3.5 mm field of view. Temporally multiplexed excitation pathways can be independently positioned in XYZ to simultaneously image regions within the large field of view.
