Ultrastable Atomic Force Microscopy: Improvements in Stability, Bandwidth and Force Precision

Abstract

Atomic force microscopy enables exciting studies of single molecules. I will discuss a number of technical improvements to bioAFM, including adding two lasers to dramatically reduced positional drift of the tip relative to the surface.
