Anisotropy of Bulk Degradation of LBO Crystal Induced by DUV Laser Radiation at 266 nm

Abstract

Dependence of degradation time of LBO crystal on UV propagation direction, polarization and power was investigated at different crystal temperatures. Anisotropy of bulk degradation induced by DUV radiation at 266 nm was observed.
