Abstract

We review our recent works on graphene mode-locked mid-infrared lasers. By using graphene as saturable absorber, ultrafast femtosecond and picosecond pulses were generated in various bulk lasers at mid-infrared wavelength from ~2 μm to ~2.4 μm.
