Abstract

We demonstrate mode-division multiplexing (MDM) using all-fiber mode selective couplers (MSCs). Two data-carrying orbital angular momentum (OAM) modes are successfully (de)multiplexed and transmitted over 2.6-km conventional graded-index multimode fiber (MMF).
