OSA Publishing congratulates two OSA Members for their Nobel Prizes in Chemistry. Member Stefan Hell of the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, Germany, and OSA Fellow W. E. Moerner of Stanford University, USA, along with their colleague Eric Betzig of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, USA, received the prize "for the development of super-resolved fluorescence microscopy." Hell and Moerner join 33 other OSA Members (including the 2014 Nobel prize winner in Physics, Hiroshi Amano) who have been awarded a Nobel Prize in Physics, Chemistry or Physiology/Medicine over the course of OSA's nearly 100-year history.
In light of their latest achievement, OSA has pulled together a collection of the over 150 papers that Hell, Moerner, and Betzig have published in OSA journals and conference proceedings. For your convenience, the articles are below listed in reverse chronological order by author. Additionally, to ensure that you are able to enjoy these articles regardless of whether you or your institution is a subscriber or not, OSA is providing FREE access until 31 December 2014 for any article that is not already an Open Access article.
