Abstract
The possibility that there exists in optical fibers a stationary regime of propagation of trains of unequal, equidistant solitons with small initial separation (as much as five pulse widths) has been numerically investigated. It has been shown that, for an arbitrary arrangement of the solitons in trains, formation of stationary trains is impossible. A stationary propagation regime exists, however, for trains with consecutively arranged large and small solitons.
