Abstract

This paper presents a mathematical model, a program, and the results of a calculation for multielement hybrid IR photodetector devices based on a photodiode-direct-injection-device system. The program is implemented in the MATHCAD system for mathematical calculations and makes it possible to calculate all the main parameters of multielement hybrid IR photodetector devices, using both the model parameters and the experimental photoelectric parameters of the IR photodiodes, which depend on the electrophysical and design parameters of the readout devices.
