Abstract
A multisource unit and tape machine were employed in the determination of Mg, Mn, P, and B in unashed plant material. The use of working curves from synthetic standards was investigated and found suitable in the case of P. Analysed natural standards were used for obtaining working curves for Mg, Mn, and B. In all cases carbon powder was used as buffer material. The coefficients of variation determined for Mg, Mn, P, and B were 1.44, 4.23, 1.04, and 2.57% respectively.
