Spectroscopic ellipsometry on metal and metal-oxide multilayer hybrid plasmonic nanostructures: erratum

Abstract

In Fig. 4(c) of a previous Letter [Opt. Lett. 38, 3969 (2013)], wavelengths of the angle of incidence were incorrectly plotted. The error is rectified here.

In Fig. 4(c) in our previous Letter [1], while we should have plotted Rp and Rs versus angle of incidence at the wavelength of 350 nm, we plotted Rs at the wavelength of 600 nm and Rp at 325 nm, which creates a mismatch at zero angle of incidence between Rp and Rs. The corrected plot is given in Fig. 1.
