Abstract
By modulating the fluorescence brightness of nitrogen-vacancy (NV) defect centers in bulk diamond, we demonstrate a ‘deterministic emitter switch microscopy’ (DESM) technique that enables super-resolution imaging with localization down to several tens of nanometers.
