In vivo Quantitative Imaging of Light Triggered Doxorubicin Release

Abstract

For optimal drug delivery to the target sites, local drug concentration is needs to be assessed, preferably with respect to time. Here we show in vivo light-triggered release kinetics of Dox by using spatial frequency domain imaging.
