Pressure Sensing Based on Sagnac Interferometers with Vernier Effect Assisted by Deep Learning Method

Abstract

This paper presents a new approach to characterize pressure sensing employing cascaded Sagnac interferometers with Vernier effect via deep learning methods. Results show it could obtain a prediction error of 2.35×10-2 MPa in real-time performance.
