Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a 1.92-Tb/s CPRI-equivalent data-rate supporting 1024-QAM OFDM signal in a direct-detection-based digital-analog radio-over-fiber mobile-fronthaul link using ANN for signal pre-equalizations. Performances of pre-equalizers or post-equalizers based on different methods are also studied.
