Abstract
We explored extraordinary light transmission based axial imaging of live cells using size-dependent nanoaperture arrays. Penetration of transmitted light can be controlled by varying the aperture size. Axial distribution of intracellular protein was observed by fluorescence excitation based on extraordinary light transmission for different depth investigation.
