Abstract
Coherent dynamics of semiconductor excitons have been intensively investigated by four-wave mixing (FWM) spectroscopies, where simultaneous excitations of different two excitons can be realized by ultrashort laser pulses, which enable us to study correlation effects of these excitons. Here, by using optical pulses with spatially variant polarizations (i.e., cylindrically polarized pulses), we demonstrate a novel FWM spectroscopy for coherent dynamics of polarized excitons.
