Abstract
Time-resolved Terahertz spectroscopy(TRTS) uses an optical pump terahertz probe(OPTP) system to study the electrooptic properties of various new materials and semiconductors. Particularly, perovskite, which is currently in the spotlight in solar cells, has been studied for terahertz(THz) optoelectronic properties such as THz switching, modulation, sensor, etc [1-3]. In this study, the photoconductivity of MAPbI3 perovskite was measured by grain size. The characteristics of the photo-carrier generated by the optical beam in the wavelength of 400 nm were investigated.
