Nonsymmetrical Fourier-transform hologram

Not Accessible

Abstract

When holograms are recorded on a medium with limited resolution, the full resolution of the recording medium is fully used in only one dimension. An anamorphic optical system can be used to scale the Fourier spectrum in such a way that the maximum value of the storage capacity of the medium is used.
