Dependency of Optical Scintillation Frequency on Wind Speed

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

An analysis of normalized power spectra of optical scintillation for horizontal paths near the ground showed that the frequency of maximum power increased linearly with wind speed component normal to an optical path. Corroborative results were obtained from separate experiments with different optical path lengths and heights.
