Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

ZnGeP2 has been found to be phase matchable for type-1 second-harmonic generation of a CO2 laser to as high as 10.78 µm at 20.0 °C. The Sellmeier equations and nonlinear optical constant of this crystal are reported.
