Ultranarrow filters with good performance when tilted and cooled

Abstract

Our latest research indicates that narrow bandpass filters of ~ 0.6% bandwidth (or any larger chosen width) and with good performance at low temperatures and in tilted and focused illumination can be realized by using multicavities and multimaterials.
